Using the traditional Agrumato Method, young and fresh basil leaves are combined with our early-harvest olives in our traditional stone mill to create a complex, herbaceous olive oil.

Estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives are milled together to create this flavorful olive oil.
